Description

The ferny compound leaves and yellow umbels of golden alexanders are a familiar springtime sight in the woodlands of eastern and central North America.  A pleasing plant for wildflower plantings and cottage gardens, it's a favorite of black swallowtails and other pollinators.  Propagated from seed.  Deep 3.5-inch pots.  Zone 3.  Photo: Doug_McGrady
