Gypsophila pacifica

Light pink flowers – larger than those of Gypsophila paniculata – are abundantly borne in misty panicles through much of summer. This relatively little-known baby's breath is also more adaptable than its white-flowered cousin, taking well to relatively heavy, acidic soil. E Asia. Seedlings.
