Hog parsley is an obvious candidate for the edible perennial garden, what with its stems and leaves that hint of celery and -- you guessed it -- parsley. If not eaten, they form textural clumps of jagged foliage, surmounted in summer by lacy white domed flowerheads on tall stems. Propagated from seed. Deep 3.5-inch pots. Zone 5.
