Hog parsley is an obvious candidate for the edible perennial garden, what with its stems and leaves that hint of celery and -- you guessed it -- parsley.  If not eaten, they form textural clumps of jagged foliage, surmounted in summer by lacy white domed flowerheads on tall stems.  Propagated from seed.  Deep 3.5-inch pots.  Zone 5.  Photo: peganum from Small Dole, England
