Ground-covering, evergreen mats of petite, rounded, purple-tinged leaves cover themselves with bright-blue, white-eyed flowers in spring. The foliage morphs to maroon in winter. A steady spreader, 'Georgia Blue' works beautifully as a small-scale groundcover in just about any not too shady garden niche. The name refers to the Eurasian version of Georgia.
