Giving the appearance of a shrunk-down rosemary, this aromatic little evergreen shrublet makes a low fine-textured hummock of silver-washed needle-like leaves, topped from late spring through much of summer with bracted clusters of purple-pink flowers that bring to mind Origanum 'Kent Beauty', on a miniature scale.
