Stylophorum lasiocarpum

This rarely available East-Asian analog of our native celandine poppy (Stylophorum diphyllum) blooms a lot later in the season, on more compact plants.  It also tends to favor relatively dry, well-drained postions, compared to the native species.  It's well worth adding to your Stylophorum collection.  Propagated from seed.  Deep 3.5-inch pots.  Zone 6.  Photo: 阿橋 HQ
