Refined spikes of white flowers arise in summer from drought-tolerant, rabbit-resistant rosettes of crinkled leaves. This rarely offered sage is a favorite of one of the world's great plantsmen, Panayoti Kelaidis. A high-altitude plant, it will not appreciate Southeast lowland heat and humidity.
Sun; well-drained soil (drought tolerant); 30"x18"; early summer; Zone 5
Propagated from seed; deep 3.5-inch pots
