Salvia koyamae
$13.95
A big, bold sage for shade, Jupiter's distaff is one of several woodland Eurasian salvias that produce spikes of pale yellow flowers in summer or fall atop large clumps of broad heart-shaped leaves. All function wonderfully both as foliage and floral features in the shade garden. They're also rabbit- and deer-proof.
Part shade to sun; average to moist soil; 3'x3'; summer to fall; Zone 4
Propagated from seed; deep 3.5-inch pots
