Propagated from Rhode Island seed, this is everything you could hope for in a swamp thing – large and shrubby, and laden with large pink flowers through much of summer. It also seems to be relatively immune to hibiscus sawfly larvae (ugh). Native to wet habitats, it’s perfectly happy in any soil that’s not overly dry.
