This form of granny's bonnet columbine was one of Gertrude Jekyll's favorite perennials, partly because of the abundant clusters of large showy white flowers, and partly because it comes true from seed. So you can keep things separate when you create your black and white Aquilegia border! The leaves are a refreshing pale apple-green.
